Rates listed below are per person and are in effect until June 30, 2008 and apply to groups only. For private individual retreats click here.

In addition to weekend retreats, groups are invited and encouraged to hold their mid-week conferences at St. Malo - please inquire regarding available dates. St. Malo accepts groups of all faiths (see our policy) - come join us!

WEEKEND RATES INCLUDE:
Two nights lodging, facilities fees (described as conference room set-up, markers, whiteboard, flipcharts, TV/VCR, overhead, etc., as needed), Five meals (a 6th meal at Sunday lunch can be added for an additional $10.5 per person) and two coffee breaks. Rates listed above are quoted "per person."

GENERAL GUIDELINES:

  • Weekend minimum stay is for two nights. Occasionally one night or Friday-night only plans are available.
  • Groups must be assigned to the same schedule of meals — either 5-meals to run Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast OR 5-meals Saturday breakfast through Sunday lunch. Groups may not divide the attendance at the meals (i.e., half the group at Friday dinner, the other half for Sunday lunch.) Should all or part of your group request a 6th meal at Sunday lunch, it can be added to the package rate above for $10.5 per person.
  • St. Malo is able to offer meals for those with special dietary needs including guests who are vegetarians, or have diabetes or allergies.

ADDITIONAL FEES: To the above LODGING and MEAL rates, all groups must add a $9.00 per person facility fee. The facility fee covers the cost of conference room set-up including supplies such as markers, whiteboard, flip charts, overhead projector, screen, TV/VCR, etc., as well as firewood and ice in the lounge area.

Other fees may apply such as coffee breaks, socials, photo copying, special equipment rental, etc.

NOTE: LOCAL COMMUTERS attending a group weekend or weekday conference will be charged a rate of $10 per person plus meals per day.
