RESERVATIONS
Planning
a program
The
group's coordinator will make and confirm
reservations directly with St. Malo and
will be responsible for all arrangements,
including final counts and billing.
Saint Malo is not a hotel or a resort and
therefore is not operated as one. It is
the coordinator's responsibility to go over
the entire set of procedures with their
respective retreat groups. If this is done,
it will allow for a smooth and productive
retreat experience for all.
Confirming
a Reservation
Inquiries
for available dates may be made either by
phone or by e-mail.
General information and guidelines will
then be mailed to the group's coordinator.
The completed reservation contract should
be returned to St. malo with a $100 non-refundable
deposit to confirm the reservation. When
Saint Malo receives the contract and the
deposit, the group's coordinator will be
sent a letter of confirmation. Additional
deposits will be required six months and
three months in advance. Tentative reservations
may be made, but must be confirmed within
a week.
Before
the group arrives
- The
group's coordinator must submit the final
attendance count ten (10) days in advance
of the arrival schedule.
- Also
due at that time is a list of the participants
in roommate grouping, a schedule of activities
and other information as requested.
- An
invoice will be mailed within a week to
10 days of departure.
